Edson White, the son of Mrs. Ellen White was the captain and owner of the missionary ship the Morning Star. Ellen G. White, a messager of the Lord, and one of the main founders who was instrumental in the development of Oakwood Industrial School laid a strong foundation for God's work to be accomplished.
